MTD Formwork can cast and install all manner of concrete staircases for your project, providing access to basements, upper floors and lofts. Whether straight or spiralled, we can help.
Basements and retaining walls are our speciality. We are used to working with projects in the wettest of environments and always ensure your basements and retaining walls (if required) are watertight.

Complete Concrete Structure
Flint House, commissioned by Jacob Rothschild, is a unique, award-winning concrete framed residential project. Nestled into the surrounding landscape, this project incorporated a number of distinctive features, including a natural stream diverted to run through the building itself.
The Boat House, Ewhurst
The existing boat house had to be demolished and reconstructed on the edge of a private fishing lake. The newly constructed basement is partially submerged to allow fishing boats safe docking.
Luxury Home, Wentworth
We undertook the construction of a waterproof basement and all groundworks for Orchard Gate, a luxury Palladian-style mansion in the Virginia Water area.
Southern Water, Cranleigh
Working for Southern Water in the Cranleigh, near Guildford, we constructed a 45m diameter reinforced concrete storage tank.
